I. Warranty conditions

Warranty does not cover shipping and delivery.
In some cases, there is no warranty for any signs that an insect has entered the device.
Unusability due to forgotten or lost security passwords.
In case your product is affixed with SK company's warranty stamp or the information on the warranty card is mistaken. In this case, the warranty department will compare with the original slip saved at the company. II. Policies committed to warranty, maintenance, return delivery:
1. Product renewal policy:

2. Product warranty policy:
For customers in the inner city, within a radius of 10 km can bring directly to the SK company's insurance center for warranty, the technician will receive, check and notify customers.
For customers in suburban areas or provinces, warranty products can be sent via a third party (garages, cargoes, coaches or transport units, cpn), customers bear all costs. about shipping.
All products that customers bring to the warranty must carry a warranty card (if any), or proof of purchase.
Warranty processing time is 72 working hours, excluding public holidays, New Year holidays and weekends.
