Exchange and return policy
1 / Definition of re-enter:
Re-import is when receives back the goods sold to customers and pays the whole or a part of the money to customers or exchange other goods of equivalent or differential value. for that customer.
2. Return and exchange time:
Customers have the right to CHANGE other products or PAY the product and get money back in the following time frame:

Products no longer warranty stamps, dropped, collided, friction with hard objects scratching, dented, products into the water ... according to the manufacturer's refusal warranty.

3. Conditions for return and exchange:
Products received back must have all the accompanying documents (vouchers of purchase, VAT invoices if any).
There are also boxes, manuals, installation disks, covers…. Comes with the product.
Full warranty card (if any) and accessories included.
Promotion gift is valid (if any).
Products must remain sealed seals of Company or the manufacturer.
Products received not form errors (scratches, breaks, dented distortion, yellowing, ...)
In case the product has a financial invoice written by Company, the customer who wants to return the goods must write back the financial invoice or follow the procedures for canceling this invoice in accordance with the law.
In case of lack of the above conditions: cty reserves the right to refuse to return or exchange products.
4. Unacceptable case:
Customers want to change categories, models but without prior notice.
Product failure is caused by the customer operating not according to instructions.
Customers do not comply with the requirements as required to enjoy the warranty (eg not sending warranty cards to the right place within the prescribed time).
Customers self-affect to the situation outside the product such as torn packaging, scratches, scratches, breaks, ...
Defective appearance of the product (scratched, dented, yellowed, broken ...) after the customer checked and received.
RETURN PROCEDURES & PROCEDURES:
Customers directly contact the Warranty Department of Company.
After receiving the certificate of the status of goods eligible for return and exchange as in section 3 of this policy, the return and exchange will be made in accordance with regulations.
The process of handling return or change procedures is carried out within 24 hours from the time receives all the information and documents required by the customer.
